Parameters :

The state of the cwmp daemon.

Set the operation mode of the cwmp daemon.

Set periodicInform flag of the cwmp daemon.

Set the interval between two periodicInform messages in seconds.

Set the UTC time the periodic inform will be synchronized upon.
